REMINDER: Regional Advisor Meetings

Happy Feast of Saint Padre Pio! This amazing saint reminds us that, “Jesus is with you even when you don’t feel His presence. He is never so close to you as He is during your spiritual battles. He is always there, close to you, encouraging you to fight your battle courageously. He is there to ward off the enemy’s blows so that you may not be hurt.”

I wanted to share some follow up points from my previous email to answer some frequently asked questions that some of our advisors have shared with us!

1. For now, youth leaders, meaning the adults who are involved in the planning of MYO programming in their parish, will be referred to as advisors to avoid any confusion.
   
2. Please be sure to register for the date of your advisor meeting by the dates below:

   
   Region 1- Mid America Region (Minnesota, Illinois, Missouri, Wisconsin): Sunday, October 4, 2020 6pm CST - Register by Friday, October 2, 2020
   
   Region 2- Midwest Region (Michigan, Ohio, West Virginia): Sunday, October 18, 2020 6pm EST - Register by Friday, October 16, 2020
   
   Region 3- South Region (Alabama, Louisiana, Oklahoma, Texas): Sunday, October 25, 2020 6pm CST - Register by Friday, October 23, 2020

   Region 4- Southwest Region (California, Arizona, Nevada, Utah, Colorado, Oregon): Sunday, November 1, 2020 6pm PDT - Register by Friday, October 30, 2020

3. Our goals for this meeting are to introduce the Eparchial Board to the advisors listen to their hopes, struggles, programs, and find ways to engage our youth more locally, regionally, and nationally.
